Adelina Gonzalez is a Certified Soccer Scout soccer scout and player development specialist based in Conroe, Texas.
Since founding the academy in 2011, Adelina has built her work on a simple belief: real talent lives in places scouts rarely look — and every young player deserves to be seen, honestly and without bias.
Her approach blends careful observation with genuine mentorship. She scouts matches, runs training sessions, and sits with families to help them understand what the next step actually looks like. Whether the goal is a college pathway, a semi-pro trial, or simply a love for the game, Adelina works with the player in front of her — not a template.
Over more than a decade, she has personally trained, scouted, and supported hundreds of players across Texas — kids taking their first touches, teens chasing college offers, and adults rediscovering why they fell in love with the game.
The mission hasn't changed since day one: to give overlooked players a fair shot, and to build a program where money is never the reason a child walks away from soccer.
